Fifty years, fifty guests, an outdoor buffet

For a 50th birthday in Sannois, in the Val-d'Oise, we set up an outdoor guinguette buffet for fifty guests.

For drinks: bokits, samosas and accras, with crisps, peanuts and dipping sauces. At the buffet: whole sea bass with vegetable julienne and edible flowers, rib of beef and leg of lamb, free-range chicken legs cooked over a wood fire.

As evening fell, the dessert table took over: chocolate fountain, macaron tower, verrines, watermelon and fruit skewers.
