VERONE EVENT takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This page describes the data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
Via our contact form: names, email, phone number, preferred date, region, budget, message. Via appointment booking: name, email, chosen time slot. Via instant messaging (WhatsApp, chat): the content of your exchanges with our team.
Purpose of processing
This data is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, arrange an initial conversation, and follow up on your project. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and processors
Your data is hosted within the European Union. We use technical service providers that may process your data on our behalf, in compliance with GDPR: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), Calendly (appointment booking), WhatsApp (instant messaging).
Retention period
Data related to a contact request is kept for 3 years from the last exchange, unless you request its deletion.
Your rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@verone-event.com.
Cookies
This site sets no non-essential cookies: no advertising networks and no analytics trackers. Only the online call booking, which you open deliberately from the Contact page, uses Calendly: that tool may set its own cookies and collects your consent directly within its window. Should we add a tool that sets cookies on arrival, a consent banner will be displayed.
